Welcome to the Miskatonic University Art Club.
“The very idea of up and down begins to lose all meaning.”
“Several nameless appendages jut from its body, twisting and writhing.”
...And that’s the kind of thing the Necronomicon is full of.
You read the description, stare at the page, and still have absolutely no idea what the creature is supposed to look like.
That’s where the Miskatonic University Art Club comes in.
As a member of the club, your job is to create illustrations for the Necronomicon using nothing but its baffling descriptions of Mythos creatures.
There’s just one catch:
for your illustration to make the cut, the other club members need to be able to tell what you drew.
【How to Play】
1. You’re given the name of a Mythos creature and a description of its appearance.
Only you can see your description.
2. Use the description as your guide and draw the creature before time runs out.
3. Once everyone is finished, all the drawings are displayed with the creature names hidden.
Try to match each drawing to the correct creature.
4. You earn points for every creature you identify correctly, as well as for every player who correctly identifies your drawing.
5. After five rounds, the player with the highest total score is crowned the club’s “Outstanding Member.”
【Game Modes】
・Play with Friends
Create a room, share the room code, and customize settings such as drawing style, time limit, and difficulty.
・Random Match
You’ll be automatically matched with other players, and the game begins once enough people have joined.
Both modes support 2–12 players.
【Two Ways to Draw】
・Oil Painting
Paint freely by layering colors however you like.
・Shapes
Build your illustration using stamps such as squares, triangles, circles, and stars.
But that’s not all.
Every now and then, Club President Toast may suddenly throw in a special request.
“Could you make it black and white? Full-color printing is too expensive!”
“Try not to use so much ink!”
Do your best to finish your illustration while dealing with whatever unreasonable request comes your way.
Every finished piece is saved to your gallery.
You can display your favorite drawing for each Mythos creature, or revisit any creature and redraw it on your own with no time limit.
※Online multiplayer requires at least two players.
