You can only move the top card of the pile. Move a card that is less valuable than the other top card of the same family to the deck. For example: Two workbenches have a 5 of Hearts and a 10 of Hearts on top. You can then move the 5 of hearts to the foundation. Ace is worth more than all other cards.
Each movable card can be placed on an empty tableau pile.
Deal one card to each tableau pile from the main deck.
