* Even if a smartphone meets the recommended system requirements, there are cases the application may not work correctly due to the performance or specification of the smartphone, or usage state of other applications that the smartphone has installed.

note:
If 2 devices attempt to access a fusion splicer at the same time for pairing, the fusion splicer only will sometimes be in a paired state. In that case, using either of the devices please go to FAQ about lock screen in the application and then select "Can I pair this smartphone with the splicer newly?". The splicer will be paired with the device correctly.
