Appointments will be scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact our Support Team.

Where is TELUS Health MyCare available?
Doctor consultations are available in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. Residents in these provinces who are covered under provincial healthcare insurance (MSP, AHCIP, OHIP, or Saskatchewan Health) can have video-based consultations at no direct cost. Alternatively, patients without provincial health insurance in these provinces can have video-based consultations for a fee per consult. Counsellors and Dietitians are available in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
What can our doctors treat?
Like any doctor you’ve seen in the past, our doctors can help treat a wide variety of non-emergency health conditions. Common health concerns we see patients for include: Cold and flu, Urinary tract infections, Skin rashes, Joint pain, Anxiety and depression, Allergies, Sexual health advice and more. We may refer you to see a doctor in person if your concern requires physical examination or care. Note, in-person consultations are recommended for emergencies, and issues concerning restricted medication.
